Hanging out to Dry

It's been a while since I've posted a picture, so I thought I would share this one of a little guy I shot a while ago. It was so fun, and a learning experience as well. I hope to do more "scene" pictures in the future.

Held

There aren't words to describe how it feels when you look at your new little miracle. A picture speaks a thousand words, and I was lucky enough to capture dad's expression in this picture. It makes me all emotional, the pure joy and happiness you see in their faces. A lot of people don't realize what a true miracle and gift these little ones are.

A parent can only hope that when their children grow up they realize that it were these hands that held them, comforted them, picked them up, praised them, supported them... Being a parent is such a huge responsibility. Anyway, I'll stop so you can just enjoy the pictures.

I just got this new round basket and have to say that I love the look of these pictures! Absolutely love them!

Baby Reid: Sneak Peak

Talk about chunky babies! This little guy weighed in at over 10 pounds when born two days prior to the shoot! He is the youngest I have shot and I have to say was pretty easy to shoot for the most part! Here's a sneak peak!

Elleora Grace

I was so excited to be back in Indiana only 2 weeks after our good friends had their little one! She was so precious and it was nice to shoot a little girl for a change!

Sneak Peak of Carson

I took this little peanuts pictures last saturday. He was two weeks old, which is the youngest I've shot so far, and he did great! I will post more of him when I get the rest of his pictures edited and to his parents!

Baby Keaton, 3 weeks old

I am quickly learning that newborn shoots need to be done within the first two weeks. By week three they have already learned what being awake and fussy is all about. It's either that, or boys just don't like my camera!

Ali's Baby Bump!

I was so excited to get to do my first maternity shoot on my friend Ali! It was so much fun, except for the mosquitos! It was one of the fastest photo shoots I have done. Ali and I were pregnant at the same time the first time around. She is one of those pregnant momma's that makes all the other pregnant momma's jealous! She is just this cute belly! Absolutely beautiful! She was 34 weeks when the pics were taken!

I had the hardest time choosing which photos to put on here! I really do love all of them!



This one would have to be one of my most favorites of the shoot! I just love how he's listening to her belly it!



Little Kohen wanted absolutely nothing to do with the photo shoot! I couldn't get him to touch or kiss the belly for anything! He's too cute! I'm not sure how is little brother is going to be able to be this cute, but I'm sure he will be!





Ali and I have taken some photography classes together, so of course I had to catch her in action. Hope you like them Ali!
